Representation Agreement
Next, we sign a simple representation contract. This authorizes us to represent your organization in the procurement process, working directly with vendors on your behalf.
3.
Procurement Needs Assessment
To tailor the process, we’ll send you a short, focused quiz about your procurement needs in your chosen cybersecurity category. This quiz helps us understand your specific requirements.
4.
RFP Creation
Based on your quiz responses, or any existing requirements you may have, Procurities drafts a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) on your behalf. You’ll review and approve this document before we proceed.
5.
Vendor Matching
With the approved RFP, we tap into our extensive vendor network, identifying the best-fit vendors whose capabilities align with your requirements.
6.
Vendor Selection
We provide you with a shortlist of suitable vendors, along with a summary of each vendor’s strengths as they pertain to your needs. From here, you select which vendors to formally invite to the RFP process.
7.
RFP Distribution and Vendor Responses
We distribute the RFP to the selected vendors, pre-filling sections based on their capabilities for faster responses. Vendors then complete the RFP, providing detailed answers about how they meet your requirements.
8.
Vendor Evaluation
Once the responses are in, we present you with each vendor’s answers and an individual score, ranking vendors based on how well they align with your requirements and priorities.
9.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Support
For the vendors you wish to explore further, we assist in arranging and overseeing Proofs of Concept, helping you validate their solutions in real-world scenarios.

Contract Negotiation Support
When you’re ready to move forward with a vendor, our team is here to support you through the contract negotiation, ensuring terms are aligned with your needs and objectives.
No Cost for Buyers
This service is entirely free for our design partners, the buyers. Procurities charges a small percentage of the Total Contract Value (TCV) to the winning vendor, similar to a Value Added Reseller (VAR) model.
